I didn’t realise how much my body was holding until I started working with Valerija. I was constantly anxious, overthinking, and feeling on edge, even when nothing was actually wrong.
What was different here is that I didn’t just talk about my feelings — I learned how to be with myself in those moments when everything feels intense. Instead of trying to escape it or fix it quickly, I started to understand what my body needed and how to respond to it.
Over time, I noticed I wasn’t abandoning myself in stressful moments anymore. I could pause, support myself, and move through it without spiralling the way I used to.
I feel more steady, more trusting in myself, and like I can handle what comes up. That’s been the biggest shift.
