  • Name,
  • Email address,
  • Telephone number,
  • Any information you choose to supply regarding the purpose of your enquiry.

How we use your data

  • To provide services to you
  • To tailor our website to your needs
  • To manage your registered account

  • For crime and fraud prevention
  • To contact you electronically about promotional offers and courses which we think may interest you

If you choose to proceed with making an appointment, we will send you a link to this Privacy Policy and ask that you familiarise yourself with it.

We will provide you with a simple form to complete and return. This will include your GP contact details and some basic health information. This is important to determine which, if any, therapeutic approach is right for you.

We may ask you for details of your next of kin: this is used very rarely and only in emergency situations.

You do not have to provide this information, however we may not be able to work with you without it.

During and after our sessions:

  • We may use your email address to send you a recording to listen to as part of the therapy. It may also be necessary to send emails to confirm or rearrange appointments.
  • We will make notes during our sessions in order that we can plan bespoke therapeutic approaches.

  • You do have a right to object to receiving my emails and other communications, and a right to ‘opt-out’ at any time which you can exercise by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email.

How we may contact you

  • By email
  • If possible, we would like to be able to contact you by email because we feel it is the most efficient and productive way to communicate with you about the wide range of programmes and offers.
  • We will contact you by email if you have given us your email address and we are emailing you to provide the services you have requested.
  • By text
  • We may send you service communications via text, for example where you placed an order for goods or services on our website.

  • If you have provided us with your postal address or telephone number we may send you direct mail or telephone you about our courses unless you have told us that you would prefer not to receive such information. We will carry out a legitimate interest assessment to ensure that we are satisfied that you would reasonably expect such communications from us and would not consider it to be intrusive. For example, we may want to post you an invitation to an event we think you may be interested in.
