The relationship you have with yourself shapes every part of your life. It influences how you love, what you tolerate, the opportunities you pursue, the boundaries you set, and the life you believe is possible for you. This belief sits at the heart of my work.
For nearly a decade, I have helped women transform the relationship they have with themselves – not by teaching them to become someone different, but by helping them understand themselves differently. Because low self-worth is rarely the real problem, more often, it is the consequence of experiences that quietly shaped how you learned to see yourself, relate to others and move through the world. Over time, these experiences become deeply embedded in both the mind and the body, influencing the way you think, feel, respond and live.
My approach is founded on the belief that lasting transformation happens when we work with the whole person. Together, we explore the subconscious patterns, emotional experiences and nervous system responses that continue to shape your life long after the original experiences have passed. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we create change where those patterns were first formed.
