During these meditation sessions you will learn and understand more about: an importance of meditation; awareness; concentration; breathing; posture and key aspects of meditation discipline. Each session is 35min long and includes an initial relaxation; the key information about meditation process and practical part where you start to integrate your gained skills and knowledge into action.
