Why Do I Never Feel Good Enough?

October 15 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
£45.00

Understanding the roots of self-worth and the beliefs that keep you feeling “not enough”

Have you ever wondered why, no matter how much you achieve, improve yourself, or change your circumstances, there is still a part of you that doesn’t feel good enough?

Perhaps you keep comparing yourself to others, struggle to accept compliments, stay in relationships that don’t feel right, make yourself smaller to avoid rejection, or constantly feel that you need to become more attractive, successful, confident or accomplished before you can truly feel worthy.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, we go beneath the surface of “low self-esteem” to explore what self-worth really is, where our sense of worth develops, and how the beliefs we form about ourselves can quietly shape the way we experience our entire lives.

You will explore the difference between self-worth, self-esteem and confidence, and begin to understand why you can be capable, successful and admired by others while still privately feeling like you’re not enough.

We will look at how early experiences, relationships, expectations, comparison and conditioning can influence the way you see yourself—and how these experiences can become deeply held beliefs and negative self-perception.

Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you will have the opportunity to look at your own experiences and begin identifying where your feelings of inadequacy may have originated, what you have learned to believe about yourself, and how those beliefs may still be influencing your relationships, choices and sense of what you deserve.

We will also challenge some of the most common misconceptions about self-worth—including the belief that you need to earn your value, that achievement will eventually make you feel enough, or that feeling unworthy means something is wrong with you.

Most importantly, this workshop invites you to experience a different possibility:

Who might you be if you no longer had to prove that you were worthy?

You will leave with a deeper understanding of your relationship with yourself, greater awareness of the beliefs that have been shaping your sense of worth, and a new perspective on what it means to feel worthy without constantly having to earn it.

This is not about learning to repeat positive affirmations or convincing yourself that you are perfect.

It is about beginning to understand why you learned to feel “not enough” in the first place – and recognising that what you learned about yourself is not necessarily the truth about who you are.

This workshop is for you if you:

  • regularly feel that you are not good enough, attractive enough, successful enough or worthy enough
  • constantly compare yourself to other women
  • struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism or fear of rejection
  • find yourself abandoning your own needs to keep others happy
  • stay in relationships or situations that offer less than you truly want
  • struggle to believe you can have the life, love or success you desire
  • achieve things but rarely feel satisfied by them
  • find it difficult to receive compliments or genuinely acknowledge your own achievements
  • feel that you need to change yourself before you can feel confident or worthy
  • want to understand the deeper roots of your self-worth rather than simply learn how to “think more positively”

You do not need to have experienced a major trauma to struggle with self-worth. Sometimes the beliefs that shape how we see ourselves develop through years of seemingly small experiences, expectations and relationships.

This workshop is an opportunity to pause, look beneath the pattern, and begin seeing yourself from a different perspective.
