During these meditation sessions you will learn and understand more about: an importance of meditation; awareness; concentration; breathing; posture and key aspects of meditation discipline. Each session is 35min long and includes an initial relaxation; the key information about meditation process and practical part where you start to integrate your gained skills and knowledge into action. Once you confirm your attendance, the Zoom link for the event will be send to your email address just before the beginning of the session.
