Meditation for concentration and inner peace

This meditation technique is based on ancient yogis meditation practice and is ideal for developing concentration and inner peace. The 1-hour meditation session incorporates a theory part and a practice where you start to integrate your gained skills and knowledge into action. During the session you will learn about:
  • Meditation
  • Posture
  • Concentration
  • Awareness
  • Breathing 
  • Meditation discipline.
After the session, you will have an understanding of the main meditation steps and will be able to practice meditation on your own.
Feel free to use a mat, cushion, blanket if desired. It is recommended to wear warm comfortable clothes and to have a pen/paper if you wish to make notes. 
No previous meditation experience is needed. This class suits both beginners and those who already practice meditation. 
Once you confirm your attendance, the Zoom link for the event will be send to your email address just before the beginning of the session.
