Self Worth Revival Program

A 10‑Week Trauma‑Informed Healing Program to Rebuild Self‑Worth from the Inside Out

The Self‑Worth Revival is a 10‑week private, 1:1 healing program for women who feel caught in recurring patterns of self‑doubt, low self‑esteem, people‑pleasing, emotional insecurity, or a persistent sense of not being enough — no matter how much they try, achieve, or give.

This is not a confidence course, and it is not a mindset fix. It is a deep, compassionate, trauma‑informed journey into the roots of self‑worth — where real and lasting change begins.

Through personalised, integrative therapy, this program supports you in rebuilding inner safety, self-trust, and self-respect, so confidence, boundaries, and emotional stability can begin to emerge naturally.

This work is not about becoming someone else. It’s about rebuilding a relationship with yourself that feels safe, grounded, and true.

Who This Program Is For

The Self‑Worth Revival may be supportive for you if you recognise yourself in these experiences:

  • You struggle with chronic self‑doubt or low self‑esteem.
  • You feel emotionally insecure in relationships or fear abandonment.
  • You people‑please, overgive, or find it hard to set and maintain boundaries.
  • You constantly compare yourself to others.
  • You feel “too much” or “not enough” in love or life.
  • You overthink decisions and feel disconnected from your intuition.
  • You self‑sabotage, procrastinate, or push yourself through perfectionism.
  • You tie your sense of worth to productivity, appearance, or external validation.
  • You carry unresolved childhood or relationship wounds that still shape your present.

Rather than teaching you how to perform confidence, this work helps you rebuild an internal sense of safety, self‑trust, and self‑respect — so confidence and self‑esteem can arise naturally, from the inside out.

This Is For You If You’re Ready To…

Stop proving your worth, stop shrinking yourself to be loved, stop outsourcing your value to others and begin building a relationship with yourself that feels steady, respectful, and real.

The Self‑Worth Revival is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming back to who you were before you learned you weren’t enough.

Learn More About Self Worth Revival Program

The program begins with an initial consultation where we explore your history, patterns, and core wounds with care and depth. From there, we move into ten weekly 1:1 therapy sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, held within a structured yet flexible healing process that adapts to where you are.

You will be offered gentle between‑session practices to support integration, along with a safe, confidential space where you are not asked to perform, explain, or rush your healing.

This work supports you in reconnecting with your authentic self — not a “better version” of you, but a truer one.

Over time, many clients notice greater emotional stability and self‑trust, reduced anxiety and self‑criticism, healthier boundaries and relationships, and a deeper sense of inner worth that no longer depends on others’ approval.

Self‑worth is not something you earn. It is something you feel connected to — or quietly disconnected from.

Many women arrive at this work after years of trying to fix themselves: trying harder, doing more, achieving more, pleasing others, becoming more acceptable, more lovable, more something. Yet beneath all that effort, the same inner experiences persist — harsh self‑criticism, anxiety in relationships, fear of abandonment, difficulty with boundaries, or a constant need for reassurance and validation.

Low self‑worth often develops early in life. Emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving, relational trauma, criticism, betrayal, or growing up feeling unseen, unsafe, or unsupported can all shape how we relate to ourselves. Over time, these experiences become embedded not only in our thoughts, but in our nervous system, emotional responses, and relational patterns.

The Self‑Worth Revival works gently at this deeper level — beyond positive thinking — addressing the emotional body, the nervous system, and the subconscious patterns that quietly keep repeating.

This program is grounded in integrative, trauma‑informed psychotherapy, meaning I work holistically with the mind, body, emotions, and inner parts rather than relying on a single method.

Our work together may weave in trauma‑informed psychotherapy, nervous system regulation and body‑based healing, inner child and parts work, healing core wounds and limiting beliefs, emotional processing and relational repair, as well as mindfulness and self‑compassion practices.

Each session is fully personalised. There is no rigid structure to fit yourself into, because your history, your nervous system, and your pace of healing are uniquely yours. The work is gentle — and it is also honest, relational, and deeply transformative.

All sessions take place online via a secure video platform. Online therapy allows you to engage in deep, focused healing from the comfort and safety of your own space, while still receiving the same level of presence, support, and therapeutic depth as in‑person work.

The Self-Worth Revival is typically offered as weekly 1:1 sessions, as this rhythm supports steady integration and nervous system regulation. In some cases, sessions can take place twice a week if deeper support feels appropriate or once every two weeks if more space between sessions required. This is something we discuss together during the initial consultation.

Yes. Many women come to this program after years of therapy, coaching, or personal development and still feel something is missing. This work focuses on the emotional body, nervous system, and relational patterns that are often left unaddressed, helping self-worth shift on a deeper level.

Q&A

Self-worth refers to the internal sense that you are valuable and worthy simply because you exist. It is not based on achievement, productivity, appearance, or how others treat you. When your sense of self-worth is stable, you are more likely to trust yourself, set boundaries, and feel emotionally secure.

Improving self-worth is not about positive thinking or forcing confidence. It involves understanding how your self-worth was shaped, working with emotional wounds and nervous system responses, and gradually building self-trust, self-compassion, and inner safety. Trauma-informed therapy can support this process at a deep and lasting level.

You can often recognise your sense of self-worth through how you treat yourself, the boundaries you set, how you respond to criticism, and how much your value depends on external validation. Patterns such as people-pleasing, self-doubt, or feeling not good enough often point to low self-worth rather than a lack of ability or strength.

An example of self-worth is being able to say no without excessive guilt, choosing relationships that feel respectful, or allowing yourself to rest without feeling unproductive or undeserving. It shows up as an inner sense of “I am worthy” even when things are imperfect.

This is not a confidence‑building program or a mindset course. Self‑esteem often focuses on how you see yourself, while self‑worth relates to how safe and valued you feel within yourself. The Self‑Worth Revival works with the underlying wounds and patterns that shape your sense of worth, rather than teaching strategies to appear confident.

No preparation is required. You do not need to know what your issues are or have the “right” words. The process unfolds gently and collaboratively, meeting you exactly where you are.

Yes. Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck is often a sign that your nervous system has been under strain for a long time. This program is designed to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you build inner stability rather than pushing for change.
