What is Past Life Regression?

Past Life Regression works with experiences below the level of conscious awareness in a way that is both safe and structured. It is a holistic therapeutic technique for accessing and re-experiencing past lives or incarnations to resolve scenes and conflicts from a past life, which is often the root cause of unwanted thoughts, feelings, physical pains and patterns of behavior in our current life. Based on the theory that when we experience an event which is physically, mentally, or emotionally traumatic, a part of us can become frozen in time, regression therapy enables a client, with guided assistance, to go back and revisit a time when an emotion or habit was created, therefore breaking a pattern. Taking a past life journey reveals many things on many levels and the process gives opportunity to reconcile and heal the issues that emerge. Those issues will be paralleling the issues that need addressing in this life, for example feelings of guilt, helplessness or thoughts of ‘I’m not good enough’ may be a result of not being able to provide for your family in a previous life, etc. Once issues are explored and transformed, client can experience peace in an area of life that may have previously been difficult. Some people are drawn to try past life regression simply out of curiosity, to see who they were in the past. But for most, it’s a path for personal growth and healing.

Q&A

The session will begin by asking you some questions about your current life, as well as the issues that you would like to explore to resolve. You will work together to uncover recurring patterns that may cause problems in your life. Having discussed the areas that you are most interested in exploring, you are in a better place to look back at your past lives, which will act as the focus or intention of the session. The therapist will then talk you through relaxation steps to allow you to become deeply relaxed in order to access important subconscious memories which may be from this lifetime or past lives.

Everyone experiences re-connection with a past life differently; some people may see glimpses of several past lives, whereas others may delve into one in more detail or discover repressed memories from their current lifetime.
