Energy Healing
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. Energetic blocks are usually a result of traumatic life events, unprocessed emotions or thoughts, stagnant energy patterns, limiting beliefs, etc. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.
This form of complementary therapy is based on the belief that vital energy flows through the human body. The goal of energy healing is to balance the energy flow in the patient by connecting them to the source of universal life energy. The practitioner balances or strengthens the energy by passing their hands over or gently touching a patient’s body.
It is common to experience deep feelings of peace and tranquillity during a session, as thoughts start to dissolve and the mind takes a break. On a physical level, energy healing releases the underlying energetic patterns that create tension in your body to induce deep relaxation. It is used to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue and promote well-being.
At the end of the session, the practitioner explains the key insights of the session, offering any recommendations or actions that a patient could consider to achieve a better state of well-being.
Energy healing is a complementary modality that should not exclude medical supervision.
Sessions are available online and/or in person at: ’58 Wellbeing Centre’, 58 S Molton St, W1K5SL, London
